DUAL named as one of the Insurance Business UK Top Insurance Employers of 2024

DUAL offers expert underwriting services globally through its extensive network. DUAL was established over 25 years ago and now our business has grown to underwrite more than 25 business lines in the UK and over 70 worldwide.

To be considered in these awards, Insurance Business UK invited organisations to explain their employee proposition covering all areas of employment and workplace environment. DUAL employees in the UK then anonymously completed a form with their views on benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and DUAL’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

To be considered, as well as a minimum number of responses, we also needed to achieve at least 75% average satisfaction rating from employees.

Simon McGinn, CEO of DUAL in the UK, commented:

We are absolutely delighted to have been named as one of the 2024 Insurance Business UK Top Insurance Employers. Having only joined the business recently, I can see it’s a great place to work which is reflective in our average satisfaction rating of 80%. We are determined to take on board all employee feedback and continue to put our people first.

Following the survey, we’re continuing to foster a workplace environment that is a great place to work for all DUAL employees, as well as attracting new talent.
